THE Lakeside Bar and Restaurant, at 7 Lakes Country Park near Crowle, is the latest business to join the Buy Local campaign.
The bar and restaurant is offering a free glass of wine or dessert to customers who pledge to buy local.

The offer is open to customers with Buy Local loyalty cards who buy an adult main meal and will run until Sunday, December 23.
Eve Skelton, bar and restaurant manager, said: "Our business is based around the holiday home owners ? who can extend their stay 10 months of the year ? and local people. It therefore gives us a great mix of personalities in our clientele.
"Nestling on the bank of a huge lake, the view is the first thing that strikes you as you enter 7 Lakes Country Park's bar and restaurant.
"The lake stretches out endlessly and the conservatory-style dining area gives an almost 360-degree aspect, meaning the dining experience is simply wonderful."
Open to the public all year round, including Christmas Day, the restaurant prides itself on presentation and value, maintaining a varied menu, combining it with a selection from the specials board.
Eve thought it was important to support local retailers and use local services where possible. She said: "I think you have a personal service and better control on the standard of produce you buy, while assisting in keeping our community growing.
"Our local suppliers range from David Parkin Butchers of Crowle, Jonathan David Catering of Thorne for our specialist desserts and a local greengrocer for all our range of fresh vegetables.
"Most of my team are local people, who work within their own environment, again keeping the trade within the local area. We have a friendly and welcoming team within the park, providing a great standard of service."
The bar is open seven days per week, from 4pm to 11pm on Mondays, noon to 11pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and noon to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
The restaurant is open from noon to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm from Tuesday to Thursday, noon to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm on Fridays, noon to 9pm on Saturdays and noon to 5pm for Sunday lunch. The restaurant closes all day on Mondays.
